Telephone consultations

Telephone consultations are the simplest way to communicate but do have a number of limitations:

1) You cannot see the person that you are talking to and they cannot see you.

2) If you need to share images and videos with your consultant, these need to be sent through before or after your consultation.

3) It is not possible for you or your consultant to use the screen sharing facilities provided by on-line platforms to share information during your consultation.

Video consultations

Video link consultations can be undertaken through a variety of online platforms.

These have differing levels of security.
